Founder Unstuck collects information you choose to provide: assessment answers, founder profile details, expert profile details, intro requests, responses, meeting status, feedback, and contact preferences.

If you sign in, we collect your email address and authentication details needed to keep your account working.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser, device, IP-derived region, page views, and product events when analytics are enabled.

Founder Unstuck uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and session management.

Sign-in may use magic links. If you request a magic link, Supabase processes your email address and sends the authentication email.

Supabase stores session cookies so you can stay signed in and so protected pages can verify your session.

Essential cookies are used for private alpha access, authentication, security, and session continuity.

Analytics cookies or similar browser storage are only used after you allow analytics in the cookie banner.

Founder Unstuck may use PostHog or Plausible-style analytics to understand page views, assessment starts and completions, introduction requests, accepted introductions, feedback submissions, and CTA clicks.

Founder Unstuck may use Sentry to monitor errors and performance. Sentry is configured without default personal data collection.

We use your information to run the assessment, create profiles, explain matches, handle introduction requests, prevent abuse, improve the product, and understand whether the marketing pages are working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Founder profiles are shown according to the visibility settings available in the product.

Experts see the founder context needed to decide whether to accept an introduction request.

Contact details are shared only after the founder requests an introduction and the expert accepts it.

Assessment drafts may be stored on your device so you can continue where you left off.

Account, profile, intro request, and feedback records are kept while your account is active or while needed to operate the private alpha.

You can ask for deletion by emailing hello@founderunstuck.com. Some records may be kept longer where required for security, legal, accounting, or abuse-prevention reasons.

You can decline analytics cookies and still use the service.

You can update profile details in the product. You can also contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you may have additional rights under data protection law.

Founder Unstuck may use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Sentry, and analytics providers to host, store, secure, monitor, and understand the service.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where needed, we rely on their data transfer safeguards.
