Terms
Terms of Service.
Last updated: 7 July 2026. These terms explain how Founder Unstuck works during private alpha and what users are responsible for.
1. Who these terms are for
These terms apply when you use Founder Unstuck, including the public website, assessment, founder profiles, expert profiles, matches, and introduction requests.
Founder Unstuck is currently in private alpha. Features may change, break, or be removed as the product is tested.
2. What Founder Unstuck does
Founder Unstuck helps founders name a startup bottleneck and request introductions to experts, builders, operators, or growth people whose profiles appear relevant to that bottleneck.
Matches are recommendations, not guarantees. You decide whether to request, accept, decline, or act on an introduction.
3. Your account and information
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account access secure.
Do not submit information you do not have the right to share, including confidential customer data, trade secrets, or personal data about another person without a lawful reason.
4. Introductions and conversations
An introduction only happens when the founder requests it and the expert accepts it.
Founder Unstuck does not employ the experts in the network and does not control what happens in conversations outside the platform.
If an introduction becomes paid work, employment, investment, advisory work, or a co-founder discussion, that arrangement is between the people involved unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Founder Unstuck to harass people, scrape profiles, send spam, misrepresent your background, or request introductions for unlawful activity.
We may suspend or remove access if we believe the product is being used in a way that harms founders, experts, the service, or the private alpha.
6. No professional advice
Founder Unstuck is not legal, financial, investment, employment, tax, medical, or regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for checking advice before acting on it, especially where money, regulation, contracts, health, employment, or legal duties are involved.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. We will try to keep it working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.
We may change these terms as the product develops. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to tell active users.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Founder Unstuck is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or decisions made after an introduction.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@founderunstuck.com.
These terms are an operational draft for private alpha and should be reviewed by a UK solicitor before broad launch.
